Explanation of Service Time Calculation:

• For trips starting and ending within Bangkok City: The service time is calculated from your scheduled pickup time until your final drop-off time. You determine the pickup time and location.

• For pickups outside of Bangkok: If the driver must travel empty from Bangkok to pick you up in the suburbs or another province, the service time begins when the driver departs from the Bangkok city area.

• For drop-offs outside of Bangkok: If your tour ends in the suburbs or another province and you are not returning to Bangkok with the driver, the service time ends when the driver arrives back in the Bangkok city area.

• The duration of the driver's empty travel to/from outside Bangkok is calculated using a real-time Google Maps navigation at the time of travel.

• A surcharge for empty travel (fuel and tolls) must be purchased if the driver needs to start or end the service outside the Bangkok city area.

• Our drivers speak basic English only. We will assist in communicating your itinerary to the driver beforehand. If you have any communication issues during the trip, you can call us for assistance.

Route Planning Matters

• You are responsible for planning your own itinerary. Please provide your final route at least 3 days before your charter date so we can assist in translating it for the driver.

• This private charter service solely provides a vehicle and a driver to follow the itinerary you have planned. It does not include itinerary planning or a review of your route's feasibility. If you would like assistance in checking if your route is efficient and realistic, you may purchase our "Itinerary Review Service" as an add-on.

• Please understand that this service differs from self-driving only in that a professional is driving for you. You are responsible for doing adequate research to plan a reasonable route and schedule. Thailand is known for severe traffic congestion and vast distances. Please account for travel time and your desired time at each stop. You are solely responsible if your itinerary cannot be completed due to trying to fit too much in one day, inefficient routing, or arriving at attractions to find them closed.

• To avoid the situations above, you may purchase our professional "Itinerary Review Service" add-on to check your route's feasibility.

• If you prefer a completely worry-free experience, please consider booking our Customized Private Tour Package. With this service, a professional tour planner will create a personalized itinerary for you, arrange all hotel and ticket bookings, and provide a professional tour guide to manage the pace and logistics during your trip, allowing you to relax and enjoy a seamless journey.

• Any changes to a confirmed itinerary must be requested through customer service at least 3 working days before your departure date.

• Our "Itinerary Review Service" add-on is also perfect for those who have a list of desired attractions but are unfamiliar with the geography and traffic conditions. Our specialists will help check the feasibility of your planned route. (The Itinerary Review Service provides recommendations via email within 3-5 working days of your request).

• Please Note: The departure time and itinerary cannot be changed on the day of the charter. If a change is absolutely necessary, you must contact customer service for assistance. Any on-the-day changes or additions must be confirmed by our office and are subject to a route modification fee of THB 100-500, determined on a case-by-case basis. This fee is to be paid in cash to the driver at the end of the trip. (This fee does not apply to the removal/skipping of pre-planned attractions).

Gentle Reminders

• For Airport Pickups: When booking, please select your flight's arrival date. For example, if your flight arrives at 11:45 PM on May 1st, please select May 1st. If it arrives at 1:20 AM on May 2nd, please select May 2nd.

• For Hotel or Designated Address Pickups: Please select the exact date and time you wish to be picked up.

• Please note that drivers speak only Thai or very basic English words. To avoid misunderstandings due to language barriers, please direct all communication through our customer service team.

• When booking, please select a vehicle that accommodates your group size. If the number of passengers on the day of travel exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the operator reserves the right to require you to book an additional vehicle. If a second vehicle is unavailable on short notice, the driver may refuse service. In such cases, no refunds or amendments will be offered.

• The standard luggage size is 24 inches. Any bag larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.

• Crutches, strollers, and sports equipment will be counted towards your luggage allowance. Please note that each wheelchair will be counted as one passenger seat in terms of vehicle capacity.

• Please ensure that the contact information you provide is reachable on the day of your tour so our team can coordinate your service.

• The suggested itinerary provided with the charter service is a flexible recommendation for a feasible route. The actual time spent at each location is determined by you based on your personal preference. You are free to stay longer at places you enjoy or move on at your own pace. However, if you wish to complete the entire suggested itinerary, you are responsible for managing your time at each stop.

• To finalize your itinerary after booking, please send the following information to our customer service email at least 3 working days before your departure date:

• Pickup Location (Hotel name in English / Full address in English / Google Maps link)

• A valid contact phone number

• Your detailed daily itinerary with the names of attractions in English or Thai
