-Hotel Pickup Instructions-
The driver will be waiting at the designated address holding a sign with your name in English.
Please wait for your driver in the lobby of your designated hotel or address.
If you cannot find your driver, please contact us by phone immediately to confirm their location.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are delayed, please contact customer service to inform them.
If the waiting time is exceeded and the driver cannot contact you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
This is a point-to-point transfer service and does not include stops at tourist attractions. For sightseeing stops, please book our private charter service instead.
Pickup and drop-off addresses are limited to the city centers of Bangkok and Koh Samet. A surcharge will apply for locations outside these areas. If you are unsure, please contact customer service for confirmation.
-Airport Pickup Instructions-
For Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport Pickups: After clearing immigration and customs, proceed to the railing inside the Arrival Hall near Gate 3. Look for a sign with the English name provided in your booking. Once you find your name, please present your voucher to our on-site staff to check in. If you do not see your sign immediately, please wait at the meeting point for 15–20 minutes.
For Don Mueang (DMK) Airport Pickups:
International Flights: After clearing immigration, proceed to Gate 5 (on the same floor). Look for a staff member holding a sign with your name and present your voucher.
Domestic Flights: After collecting your baggage, proceed to Gate 11 (on the same floor). Look for a staff member holding a sign with your name and present your voucher.
The driver will wait for free for up to 2 hours after your flight has landed. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like flight changes, please message or call our customer service immediately to ensure your driver is still waiting. An overtime surcharge will apply for waiting times exceeding 2 hours.
If the waiting time is exceeded and we have not received any contact from you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
-Airport Drop-off Instructions-
Please specify your hotel address and preferred pickup time on the booking page.
Please allow ample time for your departure. For international flights, passengers should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Please consider the total travel time and potential traffic from your location. We strongly recommend scheduling your pickup from the Samet Pier at least 5 hours before your flight time.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are delayed, please contact customer service to inform them.
If the 20-minute waiting period is exceeded and the driver cannot contact you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
