Charter Matters

• Changes to the schedule or plan cannot be made on the day before the service.

• For pickups within Bangkok city, the service time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time at your designated location until the end of the trip. You determine the pickup time and location. If the driver is late due to traffic, the service time will begin from the actual time of pickup.

• If a vehicle is dispatched to pick you up in the suburbs or another province, the service time will begin when the driver departs from Bangkok.

• If the driver returns to Bangkok empty after dropping you off in the suburbs or another province, the service time will end based on the arrival time in Bangkok as estimated by Google Maps at that moment.

Overtime Usage & Fee Explanation

• For overtime usage, there is no charge for the first 30 minutes. Overtime of 30 minutes or more will be charged as a full hour. The overtime fee is THB 300 per hour and is the same for all vehicle types.

• Overtime fees, fuel costs, tolls, and parking fees must be settled in cash directly with the driver at the end of the trip.

• An additional surcharge will apply for pickups or drop-offs in the outer provinces. Please contact customer service before booking to confirm the surcharge amount, and enter the quoted amount in the surcharge field when placing your order.

• Our drivers have basic English communication skills only. We will assist in communicating your itinerary to the driver beforehand. If you have any communication issues during the trip, you can call us for assistance.

• Please Note: The departure time and itinerary cannot be changed on the day of the charter. If a route change is absolutely necessary (whether communicated via the driver or our customer service), a route modification fee of THB 300 per added or changed attraction will be charged. This fee is to be paid to the driver at the end of the trip. (This fee does not apply to the removal/skipping of pre-planned attractions).

Traffic Conditions

• Important Notice for Passengers Booking Charters & Airport Transfers: Due to Thailand's frequent traffic congestion and the possibility of unforeseeable events like traffic control, weather issues, or accidents, you must allow ample extra travel time if you have a flight to catch or any time-sensitive activities planned. Thailand's traffic is world-renowned for its congestion and unpredictability. The incidence of significant delays due to force majeure events such as accidents, traffic jams, road closures, construction, or flooding is extremely high. Please be generous with your time estimates when planning your itinerary to avoid disruptions. Transportation providers in Thailand, including our company and our suppliers, cannot be held responsible or provide compensation for any delays, missed flights, or disruptions to your schedule caused by these traffic-related force majeure conditions. In the event of any unexpected situation, our company will do our best to assist you with alternative arrangements and recommendations.

Route Planning Matters

• You are responsible for planning your own route. Please provide it to our customer service staff at least 3 working days before your charter date so we can assist in translating it for the driver.

• Any changes to a confirmed itinerary must be requested through customer service at least 2 working days before your departure date to facilitate communication and arrangements.

• If you have a list of attractions you want to visit but are unfamiliar with the geography and traffic conditions, you can add our Route Optimization Service to your booking. Our team will help arrange your desired attractions into the most efficient and suitable route.
