-Hotel Pickup Instructions-
The driver will be waiting at the designated address holding a sign with your name in English.
Please wait for your driver in the lobby of your designated hotel or address.
If you cannot find your driver, please contact our customer service immediately to confirm their location.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are delayed, please contact customer service to inform them.
If the waiting time is exceeded and the driver cannot contact you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
This is a point-to-point transfer service and does not include stops at tourist attractions. For sightseeing stops, please book our private charter service instead.
Pickup and drop-off are limited to Bangkok and Pattaya city centers. A surcharge will apply for locations outside these areas. In Pattaya, areas past the Floating Market are subject to a surcharge.
-Airport Pickup Instructions-
For Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport Pickups: Please proceed to the railing opposite Gate 3 inside the Arrival Hall. Look for a sign displaying the English name provided in your booking.
Once you have located your name, please present your voucher to our on-site staff to check in. If you do not see your sign immediately upon arrival, please wait at the meeting point for approximately 15-20 minutes.
For Don Mueang (DMK) Airport Pickups:
International Flights: After clearing immigration, proceed to Gate 5 (on the same floor). Look for a staff member holding a sign with your name and present your voucher.
Domestic Flights: After collecting your baggage, proceed to Gate 11 (on the same floor). Look for a staff member holding a sign with your name and present your voucher.
The driver will wait for free for up to 2 hours after your flight has landed. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like flight changes, please message or call our customer service immediately to ensure your driver is still waiting. An overtime surcharge will apply for waiting times exceeding 2 hours.
If the waiting time is exceeded and we have not received any contact from you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
-Airport Drop-off Instructions-
Please specify your hotel address and preferred pickup time on the booking page.
Please allow ample time for your departure. We recommend a pickup time at least 5.5 hours before your flight for transfers from Pattaya to the airport.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are delayed, please contact customer service to inform them.
If the waiting time is exceeded and the driver cannot contact you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
An additional surcharge will apply for hotels located outside of the downtown areas of Bangkok or Pattaya. Our customer service team will contact you before your travel date to confirm the exact amount. This surcharge must be paid in full prior to your trip.
The driver will wait for you at the scheduled time for a complimentary period of 20 minutes.
If you contact our customer service within this 20-minute window, we will help you coordinate with the driver. The driver can continue to wait after being notified, but an overtime fee of THB 300 per car, per hour will apply. Any portion of an hour is charged as a full hour. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
If the 20-minute waiting period is exceeded and you have not contacted customer service, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
Prices may be adjusted during peak periods such as Chinese New Year and New Year's Day. You will be notified of any price changes before your booking is confirmed.
There are no nighttime surcharges; however, we kindly encourage passengers to give a small tip to the driver as a token of appreciation.
Tipping the driver is completely voluntary. The customary amount for a transfer service is typically between THB 100-300 per vehicle.
This is a one-way, point-to-point transfer service with no stops in between.
Please note that drivers have basic English communication skills only.
When booking, please select a vehicle that accommodates your group size. If the number of passengers on the day of travel exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the operator reserves the right to require you to book an additional vehicle. If a second vehicle is unavailable on short notice, the driver may refuse service. In such cases, no refunds or amendments will be offered.
The standard luggage size is 24 inches. Any bag larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.
Crutches, strollers, and sports equipment will be counted towards your luggage allowance. Please note that each wheelchair will be counted as one passenger seat in terms of vehicle capacity.
This is a one-way transfer service. For a round-trip service, please make a separate booking.
Please ensure all pickup and drop-off information is entered correctly. Additional charges will apply for any incorrect information that results in dispatching the driver to the wrong location.
Please ensure that the contact information you provide is reachable on the day of your transfer so that our team can coordinate your service.
Please note: For same-day transfers, bookings must be made at least 10 hours in advance. For any booking made within 24 hours of the pickup time, you must call our customer service immediately after booking to ensure timely vehicle arrangement.
Important Notice on Traffic: To all passengers booking transfers and private charters, please be aware that traffic in Thailand is notoriously congested and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic control, weather, and accidents. If you are traveling to catch a flight or have a scheduled activity, you must allow ample extra travel time. The incidence of significant delays due to accidents, traffic jams, road closures, construction, or flooding is extremely high. Please be generous with your time estimates when planning your itinerary. Transportation providers in Thailand, including our company and our suppliers, cannot be held responsible or provide compensation for any delays, missed flights, or disruptions to your schedule caused by these force majeure traffic conditions. In the event of any unexpected situation, our company will do its best to assist you with alternative arrangements and recommendations.
