Airport Pickup Instructions
For arrivals at Samui Airport (USM):
International & Domestic Flights: After clearing immigration and collecting your baggage, please follow the airport signs to the official MEETING POINT. At the exit, look for a staff member holding a sign with your name and present your voucher to them.
The driver will wait for free for up to 2 hours after your flight has landed. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like flight changes, please message or call our customer service immediately to ensure your driver is still waiting. An overtime surcharge will apply for waiting times exceeding 2 hours.
If the waiting time is exceeded and we have not received any contact from you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.
Airport Drop-off Instructions
Please specify your hotel address and preferred pickup time on the booking page.
Please allow ample time for your departure. For international flights, passengers must arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flight. Please consider the travel time and potential traffic from your location. We strongly recommend scheduling your pickup in Koh Samui at least 3 hours before your flight time.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are delayed, please contact customer service to inform them.
If the 20-minute waiting period is exceeded and the driver cannot contact you, it will be considered a "no-show". The driver will depart, and no refund will be issued.

Note: Standard luggage size is 20-24 inches (approx. carry-on size). Any bag larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.
For hotels located outside the city center, an additional surcharge will apply. Please contact customer service in advance to confirm your location and the exact surcharge amount. When booking, please select the corresponding surcharge option based on the quote provided by our team.
For airport pickups, if the driver waits for more than 2 hours beyond the scheduled time, and you have successfully contacted customer service to have the driver continue waiting, an overtime fee of THB 300 per car, per hour will apply. Any portion of an hour is charged as a full hour. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Airport transfer services are point-to-point with no stops in between.
Prices may be adjusted during peak periods such as Chinese New Year and New Year's Day. You will be notified of any price changes before your booking is confirmed.
There are no nighttime surcharges; however, we kindly encourage passengers to give a small tip to the driver as a token of appreciation.
Tipping the driver is completely voluntary. The customary amount for a transfer service is typically THB 100 per vehicle.
Gentle Reminders
For Airport Pickups: When booking, please select your flight's arrival date. For example, if your flight arrives at 11:45 PM on May 1st, please select May 1st. If your flight arrives at 1:20 AM on May 2nd, please select May 2nd.
For Hotel Pickups: Please select the exact date and time you wish to be picked up.
Important Booking Information
Please note that drivers have basic English communication skills only.
The total number of passengers and standard-sized bags must not exceed the vehicle's stated capacity. If this limit is exceeded and the assigned vehicle cannot accommodate your group and luggage, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. No amendments or refunds will be provided in this situation.
Please note: For same-day transfers, bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance. You must also call our customer service immediately after booking so we can arrange your vehicle in a timely manner.
Important Notice for Passengers Booking Charters & Airport Transfers: Due to Thailand's frequent traffic congestion and the possibility of unforeseeable events like traffic control, weather issues, or accidents, you must allow ample extra travel time if you have a flight to catch or any time-sensitive activities planned.
Thailand's traffic is world-renowned for its congestion and unpredictability. The incidence of significant delays due to force majeure events such as accidents, traffic jams, road closures, construction, or flooding is extremely high. Please be generous with your time estimates when planning your itinerary to avoid disruptions. Transportation providers in Thailand, including our company and our suppliers, cannot be held responsible or provide compensation for any delays, missed flights, or disruptions to your schedule caused by these traffic-related force majeure conditions. In the event of any unexpected situation, our company will do our best to assist you with alternative arrangements and recommendations.
