The Experience
Pickup Instructions For passengers arriving at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK):
- Please proceed to the railing area opposite Gate 3 inside the arrival hall and look for a sign with the English name you provided during booking. Once you find your name, show your booking voucher to the on-site staff, who will then notify the driver to come pick you up.
- On holidays or during traffic congestion, delays may occur — please wait at the meeting point for approximately 15–20 minutes.
For passengers arriving at Don Mueang Airport (DMK):
- International Flights: After exiting customs, proceed inside Gate 5 on the same floor, look for your name sign, and show your booking voucher to the staff.
- Domestic Flights: After exiting, proceed inside Gate 11 on the same floor, look for your name sign, and show your booking voucher to the staff.
- The driver will wait for up to 2 hours free of charge. If your flight is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service immediately by phone or message to confirm that the driver is still waiting.
- If no contact is made and the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, an additional fee will be charged.
- In cases where the passenger fails to show up and does not contact us, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver will leave without refund.
Drop-off Instructions
- Please provide your hotel address and preferred pickup time on the booking page.
- For international departures from Thailand, you must arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
- Please calculate the required travel time based on your hotel’s location and possible traffic conditions (we recommend scheduling your pickup 4 hours before your departure time if departing from central Bangkok).
- Be ready and wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes in advance.
- The driver will wait up to 20 minutes outside the hotel.
- If you are delayed, the driver may leave without refund if they cannot reach you within the waiting period.

- Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at designated location.
Purchase Notice
If your hotel is outside central Bangkok, an additional fee will apply. Our customer service team will confirm your location and inform you of the exact surcharge based on the zone. The fee (typically THB 300–700) should be paid in cash directly to the driver at the end of the service.
If the driver waits over 2 hours beyond the scheduled pickup time, and you have successfully contacted customer service to request extended waiting, an additional THB 300 per hour per vehicle will be charged. Partial hours are rounded up to a full hour. Please pay this fee in cash to the driver.
No stops are allowed during airport transfer services.
For transfers between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK), a one-way surcharge of THB 300 per vehicle applies.
An extra fee of THB 300 per vehicle applies for destinations across the Chao Phraya River or outside Bangkok city center, including but not limited to: Taling Chan, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Tha Kham, and Nong Khaem.
Transfers to Nonthaburi will incur an additional THB 700 per vehicle.
During Chinese New Year / New Year holidays, rates may be adjusted. Any changes will be communicated before confirming your booking.
There is no night surcharge, but a small tip for the driver is greatly appreciated.
Tipping is optional, but the common practice is around THB 100 per vehicle for airport transfers.
Important Reminder: for airport pickups, please enter your flight arrival date when booking. For example: 1. If your flight arrives at 11:45 PM on May 1, select May 1. 2. If your flight arrives at 1:20 AM on May 2, select May 2. 3. For hotel pickups, please choose the exact date and time you would like to be picked up.
Important Booking Information
Drivers are only able to communicate in basic English.
The total number of passengers plus standard-size luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. If the limit is exceeded and the vehicle cannot accommodate the group, the driver has the right to refuse service without refund or rescheduling.

Please Note: For all chartered services and airport transfers, due to heavy traffic in Thailand and the possibility of unexpected traffic controls, weather conditions, or accidents, we strongly recommend allowing extra travel time, especially if you have a flight to catch or scheduled activities.
Thailand is known for its extremely congested and unpredictable traffic. Delays due to accidents, traffic jams, road closures, construction, or flooding are common. Please plan your schedule with a generous time buffer to avoid disruptions.
- Transport providers and operators in Thailand cannot be held responsible or offer compensation for delays caused by such uncontrollable factors.
- If unexpected issues arise, we will do our best to assist with alternative arrangements or suggestions to minimize the impact on your trip.
